Is poker legal in the Philippines?
Yes, in licensed venues. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulates casinos, and Manila's integrated resorts — Okada Manila, Solaire, City of Dreams Manila and Newport World Resorts — operate under its licences.
