Poker-in.com provides free information about where poker can be played, about players, venues and tournaments, and about the online poker rooms of partner operators. These terms apply to every visitor.

2. Information only

Everything on this site is general information, not legal, financial or gambling advice. Laws on poker differ by country, state and province and change often. Before you play anywhere, check the rules that apply where you are and the terms of the operator you sign up with.

3. Partner links

Links to partner operators are advertising. If you register through one of them we may receive a commission. This does not change what you pay. We are not a party to any contract between you and an operator and have no influence on their games, payouts or terms.

4. Age and eligibility

This site is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or older where local law says so, to use any operator linked from here. Operators verify age and identity themselves.

5. Accuracy

We work carefully but cannot guarantee that every figure, schedule or availability note is complete or current. Tournament dates change; operator availability changes. Please tell us about errors: info@poker-in.com.

Editorial text on this site is our own. Facts about players, venues and tournaments are attributed to their source on each page. Trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

The law of the operator's seat applies, to the extent mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence does not take precedence.
