Pedro Padilha wins $50k at Triton Jeju for $1.4 million, Brazil's fourth Triton title

Brazilian pro Pedro Padilha took down the $50,000 NLH 8-Handed at Triton Super High Roller Series Jeju II on 11 September, agreeing a heads-up deal with Nick Petrangelo and collecting $1,400,860. It is Padilha's first Triton title — he was runner-up in the Triton Main Event at WSOP Paradise last year — and makes him the fourth Brazilian to win one. The final table also featured Phil Ivey, Wai Kiat Lee and Eelis Pärssinen.
