The Spielbanken Bayern Pokermeisterschaft is Bavaria's state poker championship, run across all nine Bavarian state casinos. Through the year each casino holds at least two ranking tournaments a month, each adding €10 per player to the final's jackpot; the leaders of each house's ranking win €1,000 final tickets, and the top player at each casino also gets a free hotel stay for two. The 2026 final — the eleventh edition — takes place at Spielbank Feuchtwangen from 23 to 25 October with €100,000 guaranteed, plus a charity tournament for the Feuchtwangen rescue services. Ranking events are freezeouts with at least 100 big blinds to start and 90% payouts; the ranking phase for 2026 closed in September, and qualification for the 2027 championship starts again afterwards.
