Colombia's regulator lists 14 authorised online gambling sites — and no poker-only room among them
Coljuegos, the Colombian state body that administers the gambling monopoly, updated its register of authorised online operators on 13 October 2026. It now names fourteen companies and the single website each is allowed to run. Every one is a general sportsbook-and-casino brand licensed to a Colombian-registered company; not one is a dedicated poker room, and the international poker sites that market to Colombian players are absent.
Coljuegos publishes the list under its Juegos Novedosos section, and the framing is unusually direct for a regulator: if you are of legal age and you live in Colombia, you may register on any page authorised by Coljuegos. The implication runs the other way too — the authorisation is what makes an online operator lawful here, and it is granted to a Colombian company for one named domain.
The fourteen, as the register prints them, pair a licensee with a site: Aquila Global Group S.A.S. with Wplay.co; Corredor Empresarial S.A with Betplay.com.co; Colbet S.A.S. with Betsson.co; E Total Gaming S.A.S. with Zamba.co; Codere Online Colombia S.A.S. with Codere.com.co; Luckia Colombia S.A.S. with Luckia.co; Sportium Apuestas Colombia S.A.S. with Sportium.com.co; Rush Street Interactive Colombia S.A.S. with Rushbet.co; Teclino S.A.S with rivalo.co; Games and Betting S.A.S with Yajuego.co; Bwin Latam S.A.S. with Bwin; Stake Colombia S.A.S with Stake; Kaizen Gaming Colombia S.A.S with Betano; and GLOBAL VITXO S.A.S. with mryoker.co.
Two things stand out for a poker player. The first is the shape of the list: these are sportsbook and casino brands, several of them the local arm of a European operator, and the register names one domain each rather than a brand family. The second is what is missing. The big international poker networks — the ones that take the most clicks from Colombia on sites like this one — do not appear, under any of their corporate names.
Coljuegos also sets out the practical conditions. The address registered on a player's account must be in Colombian territory. Deposits go in by debit or credit card, rechargeable cards, or cash at physical points including Efecty, Baloto and Paga Todo. The minimum age is the age of majority, which in Colombia is 18.
None of this is legal advice, and the register answers a narrower question than it first appears to. It tells you which companies hold an online authorisation; it does not itself spell out which products each licence covers, so whether a given authorised site may deal player-versus-player poker as opposed to casino games is a separate question we have not resolved from this page. What the register does establish is who the regulator has authorised, and that the list is current: Coljuegos last modified it on 13 October 2026.
