WSOP Super Circuit LATAM — Punta Cana, January 2027

24 Jan – 2 Feb 2027 · Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

WSOP has put a ten-day Super Circuit LATAM stop on the Dominican Republic's calendar: 24 January to 2 February 2027 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. What has not arrived yet is the part players need in order to plan.

What is confirmed

The venue and the dates. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Boulevard Turístico del Este Km 28, from Sunday 24 January to Tuesday 2 February 2027. It is listed as an official WSOP announcement.

What is not

Everything else. No event list, no Main Event buy-in, no guarantees, no structures, not even a Main Event name. A ten-day Super Circuit stop would normally carry ring events and a Main Event in the USD 1,000–1,700 range on recent Latin American form, but that is an expectation and not a published figure, so we are not presenting it as one.

Why it matters for the market

The Dominican Republic already has two festivals inside five weeks — the CLSOP at Santo Domingo Bay in late November and the Suprema Poker Tour at this same Hard Rock in early December. A WSOP Super Circuit booking in January extends that into a genuine season rather than a cluster, and it lands at the venue with the convention space to take the field.

Minimum age in the Dominican Republic is 18.
