#2Germany ranking

Christoph Vogelsang is one of the quiet giants of the German high-roller scene. Born in 1985 in Sassenberg near Münster and now based in London, he studied economics at Witten/Herdecke and the LSE before poker took over: starting from $10 deposits in 2010, he was playing $5,000 no-limit games online within weeks under the alias 'Tight-Man1'. Live, his defining result is the 2017 Super High Roller Bowl in Las Vegas, which he won for $6,000,000; he also finished third in the 2014 Big One for One Drop for $4,480,001. With more than $25 million in live earnings he ranks among Germany's most successful tournament players ever, despite never having won a WSOP bracelet.
