WPT Global in Bolivia — what to check before you sign up

WPT Global publishes its excluded territories in its own terms, and Bolivia is not on that list. That is the only sense in which the site is "available" here — it is not a statement about Bolivian law, and the difference matters.

Is WPT Global available in Bolivia?

WPT Global's terms and conditions carry a list of excluded territories, and Bolivia was not among them when we last read that clause, on 15 October 2026. The operator states the list is not exhaustive and can be amended, so it is worth reading the current version yourself before depositing: a list that can change is a list that may have changed since this page was written.

What that does and does not mean

It means the operator does not bar Bolivian players on its own terms. It does not mean WPT Global holds a Bolivian licence. Gambling in Bolivia is supervised by the Autoridad de Fiscalización del Juego, which issues operating licences and publishes the list of authorised games — poker is on it — and we have not verified any AJ-licensed online poker operator.
