Dzmitry Urbanovich
Warsaw, Poland, Poland
Second on Poland's all-time list and the most complete all-round player the country has produced. Urbanovich was born in Grodno, Belarus, holds Polish nationality and lives in Warsaw.
He arrived as a prodigy — a run of results in 2015 that briefly made him one of the most talked-about young players in Europe, and a best-ever all-time rank of 149th. What has aged better is his range: he won a WSOP bracelet in the $10,000 Eight-Game six-handed championship in July 2026 for $431,260, a mixed-game event where Hold'em specialists do not usually survive, and cashed in a nine-game high roller on the Asian Poker Tour in Taiwan the same year.
His best single cash stands at $1,595,368 and his career total at $7.94m. He also finished third in a $1,000 Super Turbo bracelet event at the 2026 WSOP for $104,032 — evidence he is still playing a full schedule rather than only the marquee events.
